In New Jersey, Remote Online Notary (RON) services became permanently authorized when Governor Phil Murphy signed Assembly Bill No. 4250 into law on July 22, 2021.
This law allows notaries public commissioned in the state to remotely notarize electronic documents. The authorization took effect on October 20, 2021.

Includes notarization of one document via secure remote online platforms.
Covers identity verification and secure session recording, as required by New Jersey law.

Additional Signatures: $10 Each

For documents requiring multiple signers, an additional fee of $10 per signature applies.

Notarize up to 3 documents in one session at a discounted rate.
